Infiltration bid foiled, 3 terrorists killed along LoC in Uri
Three terrorists were killed during a gunfight with security forces in the Uri sector of north Kashmir's Baramulla district. The operation was launched after intelligence inputs revealed an infiltration attempt across the Line of Control. Two bodies have been recovered, but the retrieval of the third body was hindered by heavy firing from Pakistani posts. The operation lasted eight hours and exposed Pakistan's support for terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir.
